Understand what is holding you back before choosing what to change.
If marketing performance is inconsistent, direction is unclear, or your team disagrees about the cause,
I help you examine how branding, marketing, sales, operations and execution connect.
You gain an evidence-based explanation of the main bottlenecks and prioritised next steps.
Two weeks from receipt of the agreed intake.
Two meetings: 90 minutes and 45 minutes.

One Primary offer.
3-5 Customer segments.
The current path from enquiry to sale.

-
Your business goals and offer;
-
The latest available three months of sales, enquiry and marketing figures;
-
Current messaging and channels;
-
Up to five representative marketing assets; and
-
A summary of team and supplier responsibilities.
-
Name one coordinator and one decision-maker.
Perfect reporting is not required. I record missing evidence and distinguish supported findings from assumptions.

Step 1
Agree the question and intake.
We confirm what we are examining and the evidence available before the two-week engagement starts.

Step 2
Owner interview, 90 minutes.
I meet the owner or authorised decision-maker to understand goals, constraints, the offer and the route from marketing to sale. Your coordinator may join.

Step 3
Evidence and analysis.
I request any missing items in one consolidated list. Please supply available items within three business days and identify what is unavailable. I examine the connections and may send one consolidated clarification request.

Step 4
Findings discussion, 45 minutes
The same decision-maker joins me to review findings, priorities and trade-offs, correct facts, and choose the next step. Your coordinator may join.

Step 5
Final Brief
Send one consolidated factual-correction or clarification response within five business days of the findings discussion. I incorporate the agreed corrections and deliver the final document. If no response arrives, I finalise with the existing assumptions recorded. Final delivery closes the engagement; silence does not approve a strategy or authorise action.
Direction Diagnosis Brief
One document, containing:
- The business question, evidence reviewed and information gaps.
- A map of bottlenecks across marketing, sales and operations, with 3–5 key findings.
- Top three prioritised recommendations, why they matter, their urgency and the first practical action
- What to pause and which next support fits, including action by your own team
What is included, and where it stops.
Diagnosis includes the focused evidence review, two meetings, analysis, prioritised recommendations and one consolidated factual-correction or clarification round. It does not include a full strategy, detailed channel or budget planning, an assigned 90-day roadmap, primary market research, extra stakeholder interviews, exhaustive account audits, production or implementation. New segments, research or strategy expansion require separate scope.
I explain the findings and recommend next steps. You provide accurate available information, attend both meetings, consolidate feedback and make business decisions. Your team or a separately appointed supplier executes the work

This is for business owners who are unsure what is holding marketing back or what to address first. I examine how marketing connects with sales, operations and execution, then identify the main bottlenecks and priorities.
